Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in client-facing product roadmaps
- Research emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Train development teams on responsible AI implementation practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale ML model governance
- Strong background in human-centered design principles
- Published research on algorithmic transparency or explainable AI
