Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop the high-level architecture for AI systems, focusing on scalability and future-proofing for the 2026 era.
- Lead R&D: Oversee research and development in machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team to ensure consistency and quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts and roadmap milestones to executive leadership and investors.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current systems and architect solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving innovation.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
