The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between technical innovation and business strategy. You will be responsible for forecasting emerging trends and building the roadmap for our deployment of AI technologies in 2026 and beyond. You will work closely with C-level executives, product teams, and engineering leads to ensure our technology stack remains ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the strategic vision for AI integration, specifically targeting the technological milestones of 2026.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI product development, from ideation and feasibility studies to market launch and scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, legal, and compliance—to ensure responsible and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging AI trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps and KPIs to measure the success of AI initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on large language models (LLMs), predictive analytics, and next-gen automation tools.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the technology department.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI strategy, product management, or technical architecture within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects or initiatives with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Deep understanding of the ethical implications of AI and experience implementing governance frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenAI API).
