Responsibilities
- Safely transport K-12 students to/from school and field trips
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain orderly student conduct per safety protocols
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and school zone regulations
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Complete daily trip logs and incident reports
- Assist students with special needs as required
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Commercial Driver's License (Class B) or willingness to obtain
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Clear background check and driving record
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb bus steps
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (training provided)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
