Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and field trips
- Pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and documentation
- Maintain a positive, disciplined environment on the bus
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with parents, schools, and dispatch
- Report maintenance issues and student behavior concerns
Qualifications
- Valid NC Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and background check
- Strong commitment to student safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage 50+ students responsibly
- Punctuality and reliability
