Responsibilities
- Safely transport K-12 students on assigned routes
- Conduct daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain student discipline and safety protocols
- Adhere to strict schedules and traffic laws
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Complete incident reports and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Valid NC Driver's License (Class C minimum)
- Ability to obtain CDL with School Bus endorsement
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Clean driving record (no major violations)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb bus stairs
