Responsibilities
- Transport students safely to and from school and extracurricular activities on time.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe bus environment for all passengers.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, school district policies, and route schedules.
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and students in a professional manner.
- Manage student behavior and ensure all safety protocols are followed on the bus.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with Passenger endorsement.
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3-5 years).
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
- Strong commitment to student safety and community service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including early mornings and afternoons.
