We are currently seeking dedicated School Bus Drivers to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a School Bus Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students as they travel to and from school every day.

Responsibilities
- Operate a school bus safely and efficiently on assigned routes and for field trips.
- Ensure the safety of students by enforcing school bus safety rules and maintaining order.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and dispatch regarding delays or changes.
- Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus safely, especially for young children.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger and School Bus endorsements.
- Clear driving record (no major violations in the last 3-5 years).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
