Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to designated residential and commercial addresses within San Diego.
- Obtain valid signatures and ensure packages are delivered in perfect condition.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Accurately complete and submit delivery logs, receipts, and paperwork on time.
- Handle package inquiries and resolve delivery issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliable smartphone with active data capabilities for navigation and route tracking.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Current vehicle insurance and registration (if using personal vehicle).
