Responsibilities
- Safely operate school bus routes on schedule
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain student discipline and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Adhere to all traffic laws and district policies
- Assist students with boarding and exiting procedures
- Report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Driver's License
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and assist with mobility-impaired students
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Patience and dedication to student safety
