Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and extracurricular events
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain student discipline and ensure safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
- Follow precise schedules and route assignments
- Complete daily maintenance logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B
- School Bus endorsement (S endorsement)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Clean driving record for 3+ years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Background check clearance
- Excellent communication skills
