Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles (Vans/RVs) on assigned routes within San Francisco and surrounding Bay Area communities.
- Load and unload merchandise securely, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during delivery and pick-up.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including mileage, fuel, and time records.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle cash/card transactions and resolve minor customer inquiries on the spot.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or equivalent with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable route driving experience preferred.
- Current Medical Card and DOT physical required.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the terminal.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
