Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle (Class B preferred) on established daily routes.
- Load and unload merchandise efficiently and accurately at each stop.
- Verify delivery quantities and obtain customer signatures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general maintenance of the delivery truck.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Complete daily logbooks and delivery paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a delivery or route driver is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Long Beach, CA area and local streets.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and work in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
