Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods on established routes throughout Sacramento County
- Load/unload products with proper handling techniques to maintain quality
- Verify delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service at all delivery points
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- 1+ year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Basic math and inventory counting abilities
- Flexibility to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Knowledge of Sacramento area road networks
