Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on scheduled routes across the Phoenix metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer signatures using mobile technology
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload merchandise with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- 1+ year commercial driving experience or relevant logistics background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate pallet jacks
- Strong time management and navigation skills in urban environments
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic tech proficiency for delivery tracking systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
