Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products and materials according to assigned routes and schedules
- Load/unload cargo with proper lifting techniques and equipment handling
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt routes efficiently for traffic/weather conditions and delivery priorities
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience with clean MVR
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and navigation skills in urban environments
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of delivery software and GPS systems
