Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and transport goods to designated locations within Philadelphia metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for inventory tracking
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques and equipment operation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize daily routes for maximum efficiency and timeliness
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia geography and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for digital route planning systems
