Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on assigned routes while adhering to DOT regulations
- Load/unload merchandise with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer transactions professionally
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency while meeting strict time windows
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve route disruptions promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience with commercial vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management skills with attention to route optimization
- Basic math skills for inventory management and transaction handling
- Proficient with GPS navigation and mobile communication devices
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Nebraska residency required for local route familiarity
