Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Efficiently manage daily routes using GPS navigation and route optimization software
- Load/unload merchandise with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication logs
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure mechanical safety and cleanliness
- Resolve delivery discrepancies with exceptional customer service skills
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience or relevant background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and operate pallet jacks
- Strong time management skills for meeting strict delivery schedules
- Proficiency with route navigation apps and basic digital devices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Knowledge of Oklahoma City metro area roadways preferred
