Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on established routes across Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Load/unload merchandise using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Adapt routes efficiently using GPS navigation to meet delivery deadlines
- Represent MetroFresh with exceptional customer service at client locations
- Report mechanical issues and safety concerns immediately to dispatch
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis metro roadways and traffic patterns
- DOT medical certification and willingness to pass background check
- Proficiency with handheld delivery tracking devices
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
