Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents across Omaha metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Handle specialized deliveries requiring temperature control or security protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Familiarity with Omaha street navigation and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route apps and communication
