Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for time-sensitive deliveries across Columbus metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during all client interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time deliveries
- Handle specialized packages requiring temperature control or secure transport
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (Class B) preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Proficient with smartphone apps and GPS navigation
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Columbus street network essential
