Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to Mesa-area customers
- Plan and optimize daily routes for maximum efficiency and on-time delivery
- Load/unload merchandise with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Proven route delivery experience in commercial vehicles
- Deep knowledge of Mesa street navigation and Arizona traffic patterns
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer interaction abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic GPS device proficiency
