Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods along designated routes in Los Angeles County
- Load/unload shipments with precision, ensuring inventory accuracy and product integrity
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and documentation for all route activities
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and address client inquiries
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for efficiency while meeting strict delivery time windows
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in varied weather conditions
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and basic logistics software
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service mindset
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
