Responsibilities
- Safely operate refrigerated delivery trucks on established routes throughout Metro Atlanta
- Load/unload inventory with proper handling techniques for temperature-sensitive goods
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic manifests
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adapt routes for traffic/weather conditions while meeting delivery windows
- Assist with inventory management at warehouse locations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic familiarity with GPS navigation systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
