Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods and materials across Albuquerque metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques and equipment operation
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timeliness
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and operate pallet jacks
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque metropolitan area geography
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills for route navigation and documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
