Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and ensure timely route completion
- Load/unload goods with precision and adhere to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during point-of-contact interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for efficiency while adhering to traffic regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte metro area and surrounding regions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Basic familiarity with GPS navigation systems
