Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to residential and commercial locations
- Plan and optimize daily routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines
- Load/unload merchandise with care, ensuring inventory accuracy
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A/B/C) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of Jacksonville area and GPS navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
