Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate assigned routes using GPS technology
- Load/unload merchandise with proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Verify delivery accuracy, obtain signatures, and maintain delivery logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential and commercial deliveries
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety protocols, and delivery time windows
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route adjustments and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate manual/electric pallet jacks
- Strong time management skills and route navigation proficiency
- Proven customer service experience in delivery or logistics
- Basic computer skills for delivery tracking systems and documentation
- Flexible availability including early mornings and occasional weekends
- Commercial driving experience preferred; CDL not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
