Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles, following all traffic laws and DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Interact professionally with customers at delivery locations, resolving any issues immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle.
- Complete and submit accurate delivery logs and paperwork in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in commercial driving or logistics.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as required.
