Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products and materials to designated locations
- Plan and optimize daily routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles before and after routes to ensure safety compliance
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia area roadways
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Pre-employment drug screening required
