Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles on established routes within Louisville metropolitan area
- Load/unload cargo with precision and care using proper equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes for timely delivery and fuel efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Louisville area and surrounding counties
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in using GPS navigation and delivery software
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
