Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles (box trucks, vans) on established routes across Greater New Orleans
- Load/unload inventory using pallet jacks and hand trucks with precision
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during commercial deliveries
- Adapt routes for traffic/weather conditions to ensure timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and knowledge of New Orleans area
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
