Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Plan and optimize daily routes for maximum efficiency
- Load/unload goods with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate delivery status and delays promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Austin area geography
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Flexibility for early morning start times
- Pass background check and drug screening
