Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver products to commercial/residential customers using company vehicles
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to maximize delivery efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records, obtain signatures, and resolve discrepancies
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift/move packages up to 60 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Houston metro area and surrounding regions
- Basic GPS navigation proficiency
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
