Responsibilities
- Safely operate refrigerated delivery trucks on established routes throughout Central Valley
- Load/unload perishable goods with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory records
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adapt routes dynamically for traffic/weather conditions
- Follow all DOT safety regulations and company protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Familiarity with temperature-controlled cargo handling
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse clientele
