Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Austin
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our mobile tracking system
- Inspect vehicles before and after routes to ensure optimal condition
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups
- Adapt routes in real-time to avoid traffic and ensure timely deliveries
- Handle fragile and high-value packages with care and precision
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Austin geography and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
