Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for same-day and scheduled deliveries across Albuquerque metro area
- Verify package integrity and obtain recipient signatures for high-value shipments
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time delivery performance
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate mileage logs
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app and customer portals
- Assist with warehouse duties including sorting, scanning, and inventory management
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean MVR (3+ years driving history)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and operate manual transmission vehicles
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque streets and surrounding areas
- Experience with delivery apps (e.g., Route4Me, Onfleet) preferred
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional customer service demeanor with clear communication
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Background check and drug screening required
