Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for time-sensitive package and document deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adapt routes dynamically for traffic/weather conditions
- Handle fragile or high-value cargo with specialized protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin Class D driver's license with clean record (3+ years)
- Commercial driving experience preferred (non-CDL acceptable)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee metropolitan area
- Flexibility for early morning/evening shifts
