Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to designated locations within Kansas City metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries using GPS technology
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Kansas City streets and metropolitan area
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Dependable with excellent time-management skills
- Previous delivery or driving experience preferred
