Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods and materials on established routes throughout Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and proof-of-service records
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Load and unload shipments with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience in commercial or delivery roles
- Familiarity with Fort Worth metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management skills and commitment to punctual deliveries
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and route management software
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
