Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on assigned routes across Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex
- Verify delivery accuracy, obtain customer signatures, and maintain detailed delivery logs
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize route efficiency to meet delivery windows while prioritizing safety
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle inquiries professionally
- Load/unload freight with proper lifting techniques (up to 50 lbs)
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to all traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in commercial/delivery settings
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time management and route navigation skills (GPS proficiency required)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-mandated)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
