Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following DOT regulations and GPS routing
- Load/unload merchandise with proper equipment and lifting techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential/commercial deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for timely delivery in high-traffic urban areas
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license with clean driving record
- 2+ years commercial driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Proficiency with mobile delivery tracking applications
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
