Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles (box trucks/vans) following designated routes
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Build strong relationships with client locations
- Adapt routes efficiently for traffic and delivery constraints
- Ensure cold chain integrity for temperature-sensitive shipments
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (required)
- 2+ years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with Boston Metro area geography
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- DOT medical certification (current or obtainable)
- Basic navigation technology proficiency (GPS/telematics)
