Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on designated routes across Baltimore and surrounding areas
- Plan and optimize daily delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain accurate delivery records, manifests, and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries professionally
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust routes based on traffic conditions and delivery priorities
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management at warehouse facilities
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in commercial delivery or logistics
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore metropolitan area roadways and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate loading equipment safely
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven customer service orientation with professional communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while following company safety protocols and procedures
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and occasional overtime as required
