Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods along designated routes in Albuquerque and surrounding areas
- Plan efficient daily routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Provide exceptional customer service at all delivery points
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque metro area and New Mexico highways
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for route navigation and record-keeping
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
