Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods across Omaha metropolitan area
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload cargo with proper material handling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL license (non-CDL candidates with clean record considered)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of Omaha metro area roadways
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficient in using mobile delivery apps and GPS systems
