Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following optimized routes across the Phoenix metro area
- Load/unload packages with precision using proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route adjustments and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with Phoenix roadways and GPS navigation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
