Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages, documents, and freight to designated locations within Louisville and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper signatures for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Handle fragile and high-value items with appropriate care protocols
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Louisville metro area streets and navigation systems
