Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers using the DriveNow app
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly and courteous interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Complete trips efficiently while maintaining high rider satisfaction scores
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle concerns promptly
Qualifications
- No prior driving experience required
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Access to a 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Ability to pass a background check and vehicle inspection
